Our 7 days meal plan is a comprehensive Alkaline Vegan meal plan with recipes and shopping list. Our meal Plan was designed to get you at you best health- looking and feeling your BEST!

If you are not a vegan NO WORRIES- thi plan can be used by anyone- the meal can be easily adjusted to suit your individuals need.

However, if you want to gain all the benefits, such as losing weight, you must follow the plan carefully at least 95% of the way.

I came up with this plan from my own experiment with alkaline vegan food for the past 4 years- It's one one the BEST ways to lose and maintain healthy weight.
